ATA Performance Jahng Bongs are light weight and fun to practice with! The present well for Tournaments and Testing use. Whats the difference between using a wooden jahng bong and a Performance Jahng Bong? The biggest difference is the weight. Wooden Jahng Bongs are durable and practical, but are signifigantly heavier than the Performance Weapons. Lighter weight means students can strike and twirl faster, can practice longer without fatigue and are at less risk of injury if they hit themselves by accident while practicing their techniques. Students may use either style for their Leadership & Instructor Program weapons training.
